RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note: Sale is final - Strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of our products anything returned to us would have to be discarded. For hygiene reasons we would be unable to re-sell anything returned. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
However if a return or exchange is agreed directly with us - items must be unused / unworn / unwashed and in their original packaging. Kindly note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. All items are returned at the customers' own expense. You have 10 days to return your item(s) once a return has been agreed.
Customers must keep a receipt or proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been processed. We reserve the right to decline your refund if your return does not comply with the terms stated above.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to inform us of any issues.
